ABOVE THE HILL

Welcome to Above The Hill! This comfy penthouse sits on Marigona Hill, a cool area
rising above Prishtina with amazing city views.
Designed to embrace the beauty of forms and textures, this residence creates a serene
and soothing energy. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, we carefully curated an
atmosphere that is both timeless and playful, reflecting also the unique personalities
and journey of our clients. Above The Hill offers a reimagined escape, blending light,
engaging spaces, smooth forms, and calming colors. We’re excited to welcome you to
experience this exceptional retreat.
This modern homeisall about nature! We’ve used lots of wood for the floors, walls, and
furniture to create a warm, natural feeling. Even the stone in the bathrooms and kitchen
(marble and travertine) keeps that earthy vibe going. Wood kitchen cabinets and tables
add atouch of elegance, too.
The best part is the little garden inside! It brings the outdoors right into the living area.
This peaceful home uses calming colors. Think beige, tan, turquoise, soft pinks, whites,
and creams. These colors create a relaxing atmosphere. To add some pop and a bit of
a busy look, we put upthis cool wallpaper in the hallway from Arte. It really makes a
statement!
The high ceilings make the space feel big and airy. We even hid the square pillars by
making them curvy and stylish. These cool sculptures are displayed on special old wood
we made for them. One is a helmet honoring our national hero, Skanderbeg, and the
other is an Illyrian helmet, a reminder of Albania’s ancestors.
Since there are only 3 family members, we turned a spare room into a huge master
bedroom!
We had some fun with it and even put in a bathtub with a gorgeous view from the big
window.
The daughter’s room is designed for peace and fun! It has calming gray colors for a clean
look.
We added colorful lights that give the room a cool, folksy feel.
